TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Pay a deposit as a commitment fee of at least 50%.
• There are no refunds for participants who cancel their participation.
• Full payment 7 days before tour.
• Confirm payment via Whatsapp by attaching proof of transfer.
• Travel Agent has the right to cancel the tour if there are obstacles beyond our control or with certain considerations, and the participant’s down payment will be returned 100%.
• Participants are allowed to change the tour schedule 1 time by confirming via Whatsapp no later than 2 weeks before the first schedule (agreed by both parties).
• Itinerary can change depending on weather, traffic, and other conditions that can affect activities.
• If the destination is not possible to be visited due to disaster, weather, closure of tourist attractions, or other causes beyond the Travel Agent control, then the participant is not entitled to ask for compensation or refund the costs that have been paid.
• Prices will change at any time if there is an increase in fuel nationally or other increases associated with the destination.
